The Flowering of British Ceramics

August 24-27,  Chester University

The programme begins with a wine reception and includes presentations by
Paul Atterbury, Miranda Goodby, Pat Halfpenny, Gaye Blake Roberts & Nicola Scott.
There is a one-day coach trip to The Potteries Museum & Art Gallery and a factory or museum visit (to be determined) and evening display and discussion on members pots and an evening of members papers.

The Summer School finishes after breakfast when members may want to visit the The Chester Antiques Fair at the Northgate Arena which is a 2-minute drive or a 10-minute walk from the University.

In addition to the formal programme there will also be an evening book sale and, as usual, you may bring books to sell.

Members are encouraged to socialize after the evening programmes. We have a room available where you can relax and enjoy sharing your ceramic interests with fellow enthusiasts.
